Newton Custom Homes & Realty is the Builder for the Charlotte St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway. The 2024 Charlotte Dream Home will be the 10th home that Jeff Newton and team have built.  The nine Dream Homes that NCHR has built to date, have raised more than $16 million. This money has provided all funds needed to treat over 37 children who have pediatric cancer or other catastrophic diseases.
